Testimonials from our Board:
Being an NIIPC Board Member has not only brought me valuable relationships with other board members, but it has allowed me to be a part of the inner workings of the cooperative. This experience has gifted me a greater depth of knowledge and understanding of the Cooperatives value as a school nutrition operator myself. In addition, I have learned a great deal about bidding and procurement which has helped me run my programs more effectively.
